We have moved many times over the last 30 years and have never before had such superb service.
Firstly our thanks go to Benjamin who showed immeasurable patience and good humour throughout the pre-move assessment and again on moving day, nothing was too much trouble to him. We could not believe how much this man can pack into a container!! Also thanks to co-packer Mark for his hard work and patience as well.
Secondly, our thanks to Glen and Darren who took care of the unpacking at the Port end. They also showed patience, care and considerati on for all our household goods.
Last, but not least, our thanks to Jamie and Mark at the office end of things. Jamie was very accommodating when we requested the move to push forward by a day and was more than happy to store our container for a week whilst we searched for accommodation.
All in all we cannot rate North Coast Removals/Port Macquarie Removals highly enough, all our goods were in tip top condition upon arrival – not a scratch, dent or mark on a single item and, believe me, we have a lot of household items.

Hi Guys,

Thank you so much for all your help and patience. The removalists were amazing and worked very hard to get everything out and without fuss. Very pleasant guys. Please thank them for making it so easy and for contacting office when Col told them they were also to go to The Entrance to pick-up. They were very helpful.
Looking forward now to our move next week. A great idea of yours to go to storage now, as it gives us a week to relax and get ready for the next part.
Just taking it easy today and not worried now about move. We’re in good hands with you.
Don’t care where my things are. I’m sure they’ll turn up next Friday!!

We relocated to Coffs Harbour in June 2015.
I found North Coast Removals & Storage by google search and so pleased I did. I received outstanding service from the very 1st phone call. I was kept informed as to when our belongings would be collected and when the day arrived, the truck arrived early! The guys loaded our belongings with the greatest care and had friendly personalities.
As our residence was not going to be available for 5 weeks – our belongings were stored by the guys until we arranged a delivery date. Again everything went like clockwork and our belongings arrived safe and sound – our plants had even been watered and were not suffering at all.
I would recommend these guys to anyone wishing to relocate.

I would like to commend you personally for making my move nearly seamless. Even the small hiccough regarding delivery dates was managed with courtesy and respect, so thank you!

Sean and Ben arrived on time on the packing and moving days, and they were both polite and highly efficient. It was obvious to me that they were experienced and were keen to make my moving as “pain free” as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for formal company acknowledgement, if you have some form of merit system. We have used North Coast removals on more than one occasion and cannot fault the team! We have quite a bit of items to move 3 – 4 bedroom house, and after more than an 8 hour trip everything arrived safe and sound! They picked up right on time and the drop off was the same (if not 10 mins early) The guys who moved us were friendly, polite and very easy going.
Booking was effortless and they kept us informed up until the move date.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Hopefully we won’t be moving again but if we do, they are the first call we make.

Hi Jamie,

I am just emailing to say thank you for moving our things from Wollongong to Port Macquarie. I would like to say that your guys did a brilliant job. When they picked up they were very organised, looked after all our furniture and belongings and even managed to get a few of my favourite plants there in one piece. When my husband greeted them in Port at our new home they were happy to accommodate him in anyway which gave me peace of mind not being able to move up there until next month. North Coast removals was contracted to us by Toll; we found communication with the company easy and friendly – happily answering all questions that toll bounced over.
The removalists arrived promptly on the day of pack and carefully packed the whole house quite quickly. Most items were boxed and into the truck in 1 day and the next day they finished early allowing all of us to enjoy the rest of our new years eve. They wrote a comprehensive inventory and ensured we had all the right documents before they left.

On arrival in the NT the i tems were again unpacked quickly by friendly guys who couldn’t do enough to help me allocate items to rooms and mark the inventory (esp. cause my partner was at work) – they unpacked a large number of the breakables for my peace of mind and built all the furniture (beds, tables etc) that had been collapsed for transport – they even put the mattress in place!

Not a single item was broken, missing or even scratched and the family heirlooms I stressed over for the month of transport were in pristine condition.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough!
